The Art of Quality

Meet the Editors

James Noor

I 'm James, well, that's not my real name, but it's how the internet knows me. I write under a pen name for a plethora of reasons, reasons that I wont get into here. I chose to write this description because I'm in charge of content here at The Art Of Quality. It would be far from a Quality act if I were to attempt to speak of myself in the third person, as is basically the norm on the web. I started this website with my friend, Ryan, who came to me with the idea of starting a blog that deals in what I've termed "man accessory porn". It seemed like a good idea at first, but then we started talking some more. We decided that we wanted to do something better. We wanted to make an attempt at writing about Quality. After hours and days of planning and conversation, the dream has been realized. We're very happy to bring you The Art Of Quality.

I'm a writer and a good bunch of other things. Some good, some bad, some in between. I'm a human being, just like you. The only consistent statements that I can make about my personality are (1) I like to write, and (2) I am a firearms enthusiast. Everything else is fluid. I'm not going to attempt to write a bio for you, as there isn't one. I'm a very private person. I'm working on at least 5 projects at any given time. I'm constantly searching for Quality. In fact, it's the only thing that I really care about. Instead of attempting to explain my personality or interests to you, I am just going to tell you what I would like to be said about me when I die, "he wrote and he explored". There you have it.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read about me. If you would like to know more, I have a blog called, "Fuck You, Now I have A Blog," and I also interview bloggers on a site that's called, "Blogterview Project."

Ryan Ragsdale

I'm Ryan. I am a freelance graphic designer, a musician, and the son of a rodeo cowboy. I have a minor obsession with typography, layout, and classic design; Swiss in particular. I've played music for as long as I can remember, beginning with the violin and cello in elementary school, and eventually moving on to the guitar, drums, keyboard and bass (with a little tabla thrown in). I make grindcore/death metal as Atacama, and DJ under the pseudonym Dr. Tron.

I am on a neverending quest for Quality. When I'm not searching for it, I can be found consuming it; reading, fishing, cooking, watching spaghetti westerns, cycling, and more recently, hunting. My favorite authors are William Faulkner, Ernest Hemingway, Aleister Crowley, William S. Burroughs, Cormac McCarthy, and Hunter S. Thompson.

I'm also an avid student of the occult and esoteric mysteries.
